If you want to come to Woods Hole and you don’t want to get back into  your car, you don’t have to. Here are a few suggestions of things to do while visiting us:


YOGA CLASS (FREE, JUST ASK): Neville is a certified Yoga Instructor. If you are interested in setting up a class, please let her know. She will be happy to teach a class.

30 minute classes are free by request.

MASSAGE RETREAT: Create your own day relaxing on the porch, reading a book, and getting a massage, couples massage, or even a 2 hour massage.

SHORT OR LONG HIKE (out our Back Yard): Woods Hole is surrounded by the Appalachian Trail and other adventure trails. We can help you create your own LONG or SHORT hike. There is a GREAT View only 3 miles from Us as well as a wonderful hike into Pearisburg with SEVERAL GREAT VIEWS. BRING a Snack Lunch and enjoy a great day in the woods.

MOUNTAIN BIKING: We also have a wonderful Mountain Bike Trail only a few miles from our location that you can RIDE. BRING your own Mountain BIKE or rent one from our Local Outfitter, Tangent Outfitters and TAKE an Adventure.


If you are interested in setting up an Art Retreat for a group or private lessons, please email or call Neville for details. Neville has her masters in Art Education and focused on being a full time artist after college. Art Classes are only available outside of April 15-July 1 due to our busy thru hiker season. You can also organize your own retreat and bring your own instructor. We have some beautiful landscapes to Paint.




Read and Visit Hikers on the Front Porch, Bring Your Own Craft Project, Make Music, Learn the Birds, the Flowers or the Trees, Help us Make Dinner at 5:30, and So Much More. You won’t have to get into your Car to enjoy your stay at Woods Hole.
