Reservation Policies

When making your reservation for a room we may ask for a credit card number when reservation is more than 10 days from reservation date.
We request a credit card to hold on file. Credit Cards will not be run until your departure or at the time of your cancellation.
We will overlook cancellation if cancellation is made more than 48 hours from reservation date.
Unfortunately, if you must cancel your trip with less than 48 hours we will charge your card for full lodging stay unless room is booked by another party.

Check in after 2 PM or any time prior to 10 PM, unless a late check in has been discussed on the phone.
